Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
• Healthcare or hospital experience preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of compensation strategy, benefits, retirement administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation market pricing and salary benchmarking using industry surveys.
• Support merit, bonus, and promotion cycles with financial modeling and reporting.
• Evaluate job descriptions and assign salary grades and classifications.
• Perform pay equity analyses and identify compensation disparities.
• Analyze healthcare benefit utilization and renewal trends.
• Assist with open enrollment, system testing, and data validation.
• Reconcile monthly benefit billing and monitor vendor performance.
• Administer retirement plan operations and compliance testing.
• Support ACA reporting and regulatory filings as needed.
• Develop executive dashboards on compensation, benefits, and workforce trends.
