Pendo is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to administer benefits and leave programs, maintain enrollment data across vendors and payroll, and report on program health. The role collaborates with Payroll, Finance, and external benefits vendors in a defined scope.

At the P3 level, the role works independently, adapting established approaches to varied problems, and turning audit findings into process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in benefits administration, leave administration, HR operations, or total rewards.
• Own processes from intake to completion with independent work at milestones.
• Knowledge of health, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k), COBRA; leave and accommodation processes and compliance basics.

Aufgaben

• Benefits operations: manage life event changes, ensure correct vendor and payroll enrollment.
• Leave administration: manage intake through return and keep status tracking current.
• Data quality: audit benefits and compensation data, fix eligibility file errors, document fixes.
• Compliance and reporting: handle required benefits reporting and filings (audits, 5500, NDT, etc).
• Support employee & manager inquiries: triage tickets and improve knowledge base and workflows.
• Vendor and invoice management: review benefits invoices and assist processing.
• Knowledge and documentation: maintain leave/benefits guides and resources in Confluence/Drive.
• AI-assisted execution: apply AI to drafting, anomaly detection, reporting, and documentation upkeep.
