Job summary

Pendo seeks a Total Rewards Analyst to administer benefits and leave programs, maintain accurate enrollment data, and report on program health in Raleigh. You will partner with Payroll, Finance, and external vendors, operating with independence in defined scope at the P3 level, and improving processes based on audit findings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in benefits or HR operations.
• Own processes from intake to completion independently.
• Working knowledge of benefits programs and leave processes.
• Strong data accuracy, auditing, and invoicing skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions with partial information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Handle benefits operations and enrollments, and prepare open enrollment materials.
• Manage leave intake and coordinate with Payroll.
• Audit data quality and resolve eligibility file errors.
• Complete required benefits reporting and filings.
• Triage inquiries via Kinfolk and improve knowledge base.
• Review benefits invoices and support processing.
• Maintain guides and resources in Confluence and Google Drive.
• Apply AI tools for drafting, anomaly detection, and reporting.
