Vega is seeking an Auto Claims Adjuster - Total Loss in Atlanta for a hybrid role. You will drive total loss settlements, value vehicles, and manage end-to-end settlements for insureds and claimants while coordinating with salvage vendors.

The role requires 2+ years in auto claims with total loss experience, an adjuster license (preferred), and strong negotiation and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in auto claims adjusting with direct experience handling auto total loss evaluations, title processing, and salvage administration.
• Active Adjuster License preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong background in Commercial Auto Insurance or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Proficiency with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar vehicle valuation and estimating platforms.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Initial coverage needed from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, subject to change depending on business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own total loss settlements: evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto total loss claims with accurate ACV.
• Review appraisals, assess salvage values, calculate net payouts, coordinate with salvage vendors.
• Be primary contact for insureds, claimants, lienholders; provide updates on valuations and settlements.
• Guide customers through total loss workflow, title processing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with claims, legal, and vendors to streamline the total loss pipeline.
