Vega Claims is expanding its team in Atlanta and is seeking Auto Claims Adjuster Generalists to manage end-to-end auto claims, including injury severity losses, cargo, and property settlements. The role emphasizes collaboration with TPAs and pilots AI-native claims innovations within a high-growth startup environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of auto claims adjudication experience, including injury severity, physical damage, and cargo claims.
• Active Adjuster License in home state or designated state (NY license may be required in 3 months).
• Proficiency with estimating platforms and modern claims management software.
• Proven track record of exceeding key operational targets (cycle time, recovery rates, settlement efficiency).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Claim Adjudication: analyze coverage and make liability decisions for first- and third-party claims.
• Injury, Cargo & Property Settlement: evaluate demands and negotiate resolutions with claimants, insureds, and attorneys.
• Reserve & Severity Management: collaborate on reserve adjustments, severity evaluations, and high-value claim strategies up to $250k FDV.
• TPA Oversight & AI Innovation: drive success through TPAs and test AI-native claims innovations.
• Customer Guidance & Special Projects: provide updates and take on projects to advance organizational goals.
