Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and portioning condiments, following recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor ingredient levels and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure adequate stock for upcoming shifts. Assist with inventory organization and rotation as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper function of kitchen equipment (knives, slicers, food processors) and follow cleaning and maintenance procedures.
