Responsibilities

• Monitor tortilla production for consistency and quality, performing visual checks and taste tests.
• Maintain adequate tortilla ingredient supplies and coordinate with management to reorder as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures and keep work area clean and organized.
