Job summary

Tacony Corporation is seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales leader to join our team as the Tornado Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast. You’ll be the face of our commercial floorcare brands across FL, GA, AL, and MS, partnering with distributors to grow revenue, expand market share, and bring best-in-class cleaning solutions to customers throughout the region.

This role requires 50–70% travel and covers Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years trade experience directly managing distributors, regional accounts or national accounts.
• Strong persuasive and communication skills to influence customers and partners.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow a proven sales process to grow revenue and market share.
• Manage the Southeast territory (FL, GA, AL, MS) by meeting customers regularly and promoting brands.
• Coordinate regional trainings and support to distributors and customers.
• Seek new business acquisitions to expand market share.
• Report market trends and opportunities to Sales Leadership and Marketing.
• Attend industry shows and events for product exposure.
• Travel 50–75% as required.
