Job summary

Tarkett is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - Turf in the United States to drive territory growth, manage a portfolio of turf customers, and develop strategic relationships. You will provide technical expertise, identify opportunities, and deliver turf solutions that improve performance and operations.

You will lead business plans for key accounts, coordinate with marketing and product teams, and travel regularly to customer sites and events to close complex sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, agronomy, turfgrass management, agriculture, or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory (50-75%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across golf, sports turf, municipal, and landscaping markets.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customers through consultative selling and regular account management.
• Lead annual business plans for key accounts and distributors.
• Provide technical turf product support and training to customers and distributors.
