Job summary

The Regional Sales Manager - Turf at Tarkett Sports drives growth across turf markets, building strategic relationships with golf courses, sports facilities, municipalities, and distributors. You will lead field sales, deliver technical turf solutions, and expand market share through targeted plans and partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share objectives.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across turf-related markets.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through consultative selling and regular account management.
• Develop annual business plans for key accounts and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the turf industry.
• Generate accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
