Job summary

Asset Living seeks a TOPS Community Manager Specialist to provide short-term on-site leadership across communities during staffing transitions, acquisitions, or stabilization efforts.

This role mirrors a standard Community Manager while enabling rapid deployment, stabilizing site operations, and ensuring compliance with Asset Living's policies and service standards across multifamily, affordable, BTR, active adult, or student housing environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two to four years of property management experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities in line with Asset Living expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety practices, fair housing, and standards.
• Conduct daily property walks, risk assessments, and quality checks.
• Lead the emergency response process during assignments.
• Provide short-term supervision, coaching, and direction to on-site staff.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training needs as requested by Regional leadership.
• Promote teamwork, stability, and performance during temporary leadership transitions.
• Review and approve resident files, leases, renewals, and required documentation.
• Support leasing teams to achieve occupancy goals and stabilize performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure timely repairs.
• Travel is required to fulfill work assignments and responsibilities.
