Job summary

Asset Living in the United States seeks a TOPS Senior Community Manager Specialist. This floating leadership role provides short-term on-site leadership during staffing transitions, acquisitions, or stabilization efforts across multifamily, senior, student housing, and built-to-rent communities.

You will mentor a small team of TOPS Specialists, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and risk management, and support onboarding, training, and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years leasing or property management experience with 1–2 years Asset Living experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities in alignment with Asset Living expectations.
• Lead onboarding, coaching, and direction to on-site staff; ensure continuity.
• Support hiring, training, and performance development.
• Manage leasing strategies, occupancy goals, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate maintenance, risk management, and vendor relations.
• Travel to assignments; act as a culture ambassador and provide field leadership.
