HireBus Inc. is seeking an Outdoor Lighting & Audio Sales Specialist in Burbank, CA. You will own client relationships from concept to contract, collaborating with our design, installation, and tech support teams to create high-end outdoor transformations.

The role offers a $1,000–$1,500 weekly draw based on experience with an uncapped commission structure designed to reward top producers. Expect collaboration, growth, and a path to earning well beyond base targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or home services sales.
• Must reside within 20 miles of Burbank, CA.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends for day/evening presentations.
• Must have a dedicated insured vehicle and a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site residential and commercial consultations to assess layouts and goals.
• Facilitate high-conversion day and evening presentations with lighting and audio layouts.
• Select premium fixtures and layouts with backend design support.
• Build proposals, estimates and contracts while tracking leads via CRM tools.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure designs meet client budget and site conditions.
