Job summary

First Command Financial Services seeks a Recruiting Specialist to identify, source, and qualify top candidates for the Financial Advisor role. You will partner with field leadership to forecast hiring needs, manage the interview process, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across districts.

You will build relationships with applicants, provide timely feedback, and stay current on recruiting trends. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Senior Field Leadership to identify hiring needs.
• Develops and implements innovative sourcing practices to attract top talent.
• Sources for talent.
• Develops and manages interview process to improve the recruiting experience.
• Cultivates relationships with candidates and provides timely feedback.
• Continued education through industry seminars and current recruiting material.
• Ensures job postings reflect company brand and requirements.
• Develops and maintains professional networks and vendor relationships.
• Develop, performs, and reports recruiting metrics.
• Collaborates with Hiring Managers on upcoming recruiting needs and creates candidate briefs.
• Designs and participates in Career/Job Fairs and recruiting campaigns.
• Coordinates onboarding with District Advisors to ensure satisfaction and training.
• Develops field training to improve recruiting efficiency and reduce turnover.
• Supports Advisor Trainees through licensing.
• Travel up to 20%.
