Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Program Specialist, Security to develop and maintain the program’s security policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with the NISPOM. This role requires active Top Secret clearance and U.S.

citizenship. You will administer multiple security programs, coordinate with government agencies, conduct security briefings, and work with Program Management to identify requirements and vulnerabilities, delivering solutions that strengthen contract

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government Top Secret clearance required.
• University degree or equivalent experience, with 5 years minimum relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the administration and coordination of multiple security programs/activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
• Identifies program issues and implements corrective actions to identified security problems as directed.
• Conducts security briefings and maintains security education programs.
• Works closely with Program Management to identify security requirements and vulnerabilities.
• Reviews security program requirements for efficiency and standardization.
• Acts as a liaison with government agencies / organizations to ensure contract security compliance.
