Job summary

RTX in Tucson is seeking a Security Manager to lead the production security team for classified programs. You will ensure compliance with DoD and RTX policies, manage security staffing for munitions and SAPs, and support VIP activities and facility deployments.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, strong policy execution capabilities, and collaboration with ISSO/ISSM to align with JSIG and ICD-705 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial, program and physical security.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Top Secret clearance required before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of security requirements for classified programs.
• Lead and develop the security team and mentor staff.
• Coordinate cross-contractual security efforts across programs to meet objectives.
• Develop and implement local SOPs and operating instructions; ensure JSIG compliance.
• Oversee secure facilities, accreditation readiness, and ICD-705 standards.
