Job summary

RTX in Tucson is seeking a Principal Specialist, Security to support the Production Program Security Team in securing classified manufacturing and SAPs. You will provide day-to-day security operations, ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoDM, JSIG, ICD-705, and RTX directives.

The role involves coordinating with program management, engineering, cybersecurity, facilities, and government representatives, training security personnel, and serving as the on-site point of contact during the Security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial or program security.
• Experience with DoD security policies and classified operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily security operations across Tucson facilities and SAP programs.
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07/5105.21, JSIG, ICD-705, and RTX directives.
• Provide guidance to security personnel and act as on-site security contact when needed.
• Support security incident reporting and corrective actions.
