RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an industrial security professional to maintain classified environment controls, process personnel, and manage materials with strict regulatory compliance. You will support security training, visitor control, and incident reporting in a DoD-focused setting.

Requirements include STEM education, an active or able-to-obtain Top Secret clearance, and strong MS Office skills. U.S. citizenship and security clearances are mandatory.

Qualifications

• STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
• Experience in Customer Service and data entry / database management.
• US citizenship required for security clearance on day one.
• Degree majors in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice or related field.
• Current TOP SECRET clearance or ability to obtain with investigation not older than 6 years.
• Experience in Personnel Security and related training (DCSA, CDSE, SFPC).
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office.
• National Security experience preferred; administrative/office background.

Responsabilités

• Provide industrial security in a classified environment for personnel processing and material control.
• Support security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified material.
• Coordinate transmissions of classified/proprietary information and participate in government inspections.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare risk reports.
• Maintain records for Alarm Testing, Entry/Exit, and EPOC/Visitor Logs.
• Escort responsibilities and compliance with driver requirements as needed.
