Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Risk Management Framework (RMF) Analyst for an ISSO role supporting NORAD/USNORTHCOM under the NITES contract. Primary work location is onsite in Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities include RMF execution, eMASS governance, SSP/POA&M management, and collaboration with sysadmins to sustain ATO and a CORA-ready posture. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD RMF experience are required.

Qualifications

• DoD RMF experience and lifecycle management
• 3-5 years of relevant information assurance or cybersecurity
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required

Responsibilities

• Support and execute RMF across enterprise systems and enclaves using eMASS
• Own RMF sustainment and ATO posture with minimal oversight
• Maintain DoD and NIST security controls and evidence artifacts
• Develop and validate System Security Plans (SSPs)
• Manage POA&M lifecycle from deficiency to closure with stakeholders
• Collaborate with system admins and engineers to remediate findings
• Provide strategic cybersecurity guidance and status updates to leadership
• Deliver weekly status reports on risk posture and progress
