Job summary

SAIC seeks a Cybersecurity Liaison Operations Coordinator to streamline NORAD/USNORTHCOM IT defense efforts under the NITES contract. You will coordinate CTASKORDs/CTOs, IAVMs, and POA&Ms, serving as the primary communication link between CWOC/JCC and NITES personnel.

Required TS/SCI clearance and DoD directives experience, plus strong SOP creation and compliance tracking skills. This role demands precision, accountability, and strong cross-agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related IT/cybersecurity experience.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Certification per DoDD 8140.03, Intermediate Level (CySA+, Security+ CE, GSEC, or equivalent).
• Flexible, independent, self-motivated, and punctual.
• Experience coordinating DoD directives and milestones (CTASKORDs/CTOs, IAVMs).
• 3+ years IT/cybersecurity experience with SOPs and compliance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the IAVM and CTO program for the NITES contract.
• Coordinate and track directives and orders between system owners and the CWOC.
• Maintain a POA&M tracker with milestones, ownership, and follow-up dates.
• Close POA&M items or submit detailed requests before completion dates.
• Develop SOPs for CTASKORD/IAVM coordination and POA&M guidance.
• Provide communication between CWOC, JCC, J66, and the NITES contract.
