Job summary

BOAB Ventures is seeking a Field Service Representative to support a mission-critical U.S. Government customer using Palantir technologies.

The role requires hands-on Palantir experience, clear communication, and the ability to train users and work with military/intelligence staff in fast-paced operations. You will build dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and serve as a bridge between end users and Palantir engineering, traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required by contract.
• TS/SCI eligibility (active TS/SCI preferred).
• Prior experience working with Palantir platforms (Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically or internationally, as required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, proactive relationships with users at the customer site and identify use‑case gaps.
• Support users by creating initial dashboards and helping formulate operational and analytical questions.
• Stay current on all platform updates, features, and capability releases.
• Staff the Help Desk, resolve issues, and coordinate with Palantir engineering teams to address technical problems.
• Provide detailed and timely feedback to engineering teams on product performance, user issues, and feature needs.
• Consistently communicate system or operational issues to the Palantir team and customer leadership.
• Support mission execution by enabling users to fuse intelligence sources and leverage platform tools effectively.
