Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst to provide crucial support for Palantir’s implementation teams. The successful candidate will assist in training users, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing new use cases for Palantir software.

Prior experience with Palantir platforms is essential, along with strong communication skills and a background in military or law enforcement. This role may require domestic and international travel 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with Palantir platforms required.
• Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Embed with user groups to deeply understand workflows.
• Staff the Help Desk by responding to user requests.
