Job summary

Insight Global is hiring multiple Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst roles in Sumter, SC and various CONUS/OCONUS locations to support Palantir deployments. You will work on-site with client implementation teams, train users, and troubleshoot mission-critical systems for defense and military environments.

Ideal candidates have TS clearance with SCI eligibility and hands-on Palantir Foundry experience.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 2+ years of experience supporting operational users in a field service, intelligence, analytics, or mission-support role within a defense or military environment.
• Recent, hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven Smart System with a strong emphasis on Foundry Workshop and Ontology Manager
• Familiarity with military operational workflows, reporting processes, and intelligence or operational data environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort serving as a first-line support resource for mission-critical systems.
• Ability to work on-site and support CONUS and/or OCONUS operations and travel as needed.

Insight Global is hiring for multiple positions in Sumter, SC; Ft Bragg, NC; Stuttgart & Wiesbaden Germany, Colorado Springs, CO; Anchorage, AK and other locations CONUS/OCONUS. We are seeking talented military operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting the client's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with the user base while deploying cutting edge technology. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring the customers' continued success. These are customer facing roles that require strong communication and attention to detail.

Pay Range: Pay will be hourly and varies by level of experience and location. Average Range: ~$35-89/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

2+ years of experience supporting operational users in a field service, intelligence, analytics, or mission-support role within a defense or military environment.

Recent, hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven Smart System with a strong emphasis on Foundry Workshop and Ontology Manager

Familiarity with military operational workflows, reporting processes, and intelligence or operational data environments.

Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort serving as a first-line support resource for mission-critical systems.

Ability to work on-site and support CONUS and/or OCONUS operations and travel as needed.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Prior military background or experience supporting Special Operations or joint operational units, CENTCOM preferred.

Hands-on experience building or configuring solutions within Foundry Workshop beyond basic usage.

Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing deployments, rollouts, or operational tools in high-tempo environments

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with military personnel and end-users.
