AnaVation is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Quantico, VA to support a wide range of IT-focused tasks. You will provide superior customer service and guide users through configurations and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
The role includes helpdesk, hardware, network, and security responsibilities, with on-site work at the Quantico location. Qualified candidates have an Associate degree in CS or related field, 2+ years IT experience, and an active Top Secret
Qualifications
- Associate degree in CS or related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of IT experience or more.
- Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph required.
Responsibilities
- Helpdesk & Technical Support: resolve end-user tickets and assist with setups.
- Hardware & Software Maintenance: install, configure, and update workstations andOS/软件.
- Network & Infrastructure Support: monitor LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Security & Backups: enforce basic cybersecurity measures and run data backups.
- Asset & Vendor Management: track IT inventory and coordinate with external vendors.
