Amentum seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler to design and oversee complex MS Project schedules across departments, ensuring milestones are met. The role emphasizes coordination, data-driven updates, and proactive issue resolution in a demanding IT lifecycle program.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to lead IMS meetings and brief government leadership on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or ability to acquire SCI.
• 8 years of experience in scheduling or project management.
• Proven experience using Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with IMS, CPM, EVM scheduling techniques.
• Ability to define milestones and dependencies.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee a Microsoft Project schedule with resources and timelines.
• Coordinate development of project schedules and subprojects.
• Collaborate across workflow, PMs, engineering, and fielding units.
• Lead IMS meetings with PMs and drive action plans for adherence.
• Deliver monthly IMS briefings to government leadership.
