Job summary

Peraton seeks a Master Scheduler to support a mission-critical Cyber Program onsite in Annapolis, MD. You will lead the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across large multi-disciplinary efforts, ensuring alignment with objectives, WBS, and milestones while guiding senior leaders on schedule health and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates will have 6–9+ years in scheduling-related roles, proficiency with MS Project/Primavera, and experience in government or IC environments.

Qualifications

• Requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; will consider 12 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 6-9+ years of experience in scheduling, program planning, project controls, or related disciplines.
• Experience with government or intelligence community environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs.
• Ensure schedules align with program objectives, contractual requirements, WBS, and milestones.
• Provide senior-level guidance on scheduling best practices, dependencies, critical paths, resource allocations, and risk impacts.
• Analyze schedule performance data; generate reports, trend analysis, and decision-support products for program leadership.
• Identify schedule risks, gaps, and conflicts; develop mitigation strategies and recommendations.
• Facilitate schedule reviews, audits, and coordination sessions with cross-functional stakeholders and customer representatives.
• Manage schedule baselines, version control, updates, and change tracking within CM frameworks.
• Ensure integration of cost, technical, and schedule elements to support EVM requirements when applicable.
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and data handling requirements in TS/SCI environments.
• Train and mentor junior schedulers; support development of scheduling standards and processes.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings on scheduling status, risks, and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, production plans, and material requirements lists in alignment with master production schedule.
