Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Employment may require a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at a front desk by following site procedures and access control.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs, issue visitor badges, and log entries.
• Monitor entry activity, take calls, and relay information to site personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms per emergency procedures.
• Deter unauthorized access by monitoring desk activity and reporting concerns.
