Qualifications

• Must possess an active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Ages: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access-control policies.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor front desk activity, cameras, alarms, and communication systems, and report suspicious activity or concerns.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Assist with incoming calls, directions, and general information while maintaining a professional presence at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
