Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at the front desk following Allied Universal procedures.Control access by greeting, screening visitors, and issuing temporary badges.Monitor security systems and document unusual activity; notify site contacts as required.
• Respond to incidents calmly, with clear reporting and escalation per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident documentation per site requirements.
