Allied Universal in McLean, VA is seeking a Full Time Security Officer - Visitor Reception with Active Clearance. You will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry, and provide courteous customer service to employees and contractors at the front desk in a high-security aerospace/defense setting.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance, 18+ or 21+ age depending on role, a high school diploma, and passing background checks and drug screens.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials and authorizations, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry and departure records.
• Receive calls, greet guests, provide directions, and coordinate visitor notifications.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established emergency procedures.
• Report unusual activity or security concerns to appropriate personnel.
