Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, seeks a Security Officer with an active DoD Secret clearance for our Manassas, VA location. The role involves safeguarding clients across industries, patrolling, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will support emergency response activities, monitor access, and document incidents while adhering to site policies. Prior experience and the required clearance enable effective, professional service.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas and surrounding perimeter as per site procedures.
• Monitor and report unusual activity and security incidents to site contacts and leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports per site procedures.
