Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Annapolis Junction, MD, is seeking a Business Management Analyst for an on-site role with a 9/80 schedule. You will support the Cyber & Cryptographic Solutions OU and collaborate with program managers and CAMs to deliver rigorous financial analysis and reporting.

The role emphasizes cost data, EVM, forecasts, and audits, with opportunities to assist in cost estimation, invoicing and procurement processes while ensuring contracts stay on plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited institution with at least 2 years of financial work experience.
• Basic understanding of Government Compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, chart generation, VBA macros).
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.
• US citizenship is required.
• A current, active US Government Top Secret clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements by interfacing with program managers, CAMs, and business managers.
• Analyze cost data to prepare program financial reports related to cost incurrence, material tracking, and labor expenses.
• Forecast financial statements, AOP, and Labor Resource Plans for assigned program; assist with cost estimate development, invoicing, and audits.
