Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst to support the Cyber & Cryptographic Solutions OU in Annapolis Junction, MD. This onsite role requires a Top Secret clearance and offers a 9/80 work schedule.

You will work with program managers, CAMs and business managers to provide financial support, budgets, and schedules for contracts, while performing Earned Value management tasks and cost/profit analyses. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience or Master’s with 3 years of related experience
• Will consider 9 years of applied experience in lieu of degree
• Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis
• Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and ability to apply them to multiple contracts, CLINs and control accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cyber & Cryptographic Solutions OU within the Cyber & Information Solutions Business Unit and Navigation, Intelligence & Connectivity
• Interface with program managers, CAMs and business managers to provide financial support and analysis
• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist in analyses such as funding profiles and cash forecasting
• Monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system and perform EVM tasks
• Prepare reports to ensure contracts stay within negotiated parameters and government guidelines
• Support audits, Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan and Long Range Strategic Plan activities
