Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking an Electronic Warfare (EW) Engineer to join our team in Palmdale, CA or San Diego (Rancho Bernardo), CA. The role requires a strong background in EW airborne payload systems and an active Top Secret clearance.

This on-site position involves coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure assets are deployed and maintained effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with EW airborne payload systems.
• Active US Government Top-Secret Clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain US Government SCI clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure assets are in place and functional.
• Support readiness reviews, training, test briefs and debriefs.
• Analyze test data and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on the platform.
• Coordinate anomalies with engineering and supplier SMEs.
