Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in San Diego (Rancho Bernardo) or Palmdale, CA seeks a Sr. Principal Electronic Warfare (EW) Engineer to join our team.

The candidate will provide key engineering support for a payloads subsystem and report to the subsystem engineering technical lead and program manager. Responsibilities include test readiness, data validation, and coordination of anomalies with engineering and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with payload systems.
• Technical development and systems integration experience required.
• Experience in managing suppliers is required.
• Active US Government Top-Secret Clearance is required (or eligible for SCI/SAP).

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for a payloads subsystem within an IPT structure.
• Report to the subsystem engineering technical lead and program manager.
• Coordinate anomalies and work with engineering and supplier SMEs to resolve issues.
