Job summary

CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced team supporting government accounts. This Full-Time Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

The position blends technical litigation support with legal workflow, offering growth opportunities within the Legal Department and across CGS. Remote/hybrid options are available as part of the US-based work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical teams and business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• BS/BA or equivalent (JD highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support including eDiscovery services.
• Monitor laws impacting civil and criminal litigation and FBI Discovery policies.
• Evaluate new technologies and best practices for FBI Discovery.
• Test system upgrades/patches before release.
• Ensure solutions deliver required legal capabilities for discovery.
• Assist in identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI.
• Update SOPs for the ETA role.
