CGS Federal is seeking an eDiscovery Technical Advisor with Top Secret clearance to join our Legal team in Los Angeles/San Francisco. The role focuses on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil, criminal, and government inquiries, leveraging Relativity and other platforms.

You will develop discovery plans, coordinate with FBI and agency personnel, and ensure production quality with Bates numbering and load files.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3+ years on major litigation support projects
• 2 years in Relativity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• US citizenship and ability to obtain government security clearance

Responsabilidades

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil/criminal litigation and FOIA/Covernmental requests.
• Develop discovery plans with search parameters (date ranges, keywords, custodians).
• Collect data from FBI IT systems and coordinate with attorneys and case agents.
• Administer inputs into eDiscovery review platforms, manage access, deduplication, and Bates numbering.
