Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Security Analyst to protect classified information and ensure compliance with DoD and ICD guidelines. You will manage security programs, develop SOPs, OPSEC plans, and conduct audits to maintain program integrity.

Ideal candidate holds a final TS/SCI clearance with up-to-date investigation and has experience with NISPOM, DoD 5205.07, ICD 705, and databases like SIMS, DISS, JADE. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience, or advanced degree.
• Experience with DoD and intelligence security guidance (NISPOM, ICD 705) and related standards.
• Proven ability to manage security programs, conduct audits, and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance: stay aligned with ICDs, DoD 5205.07, NISPOM and related policies.
• Security program development: create SOPs, OPSEC plans, and CONOPs.
• Training and awareness: deliver security trainings and briefings for personnel.
• Audits and self-inspections: perform internal and peer reviews to ensure compliance.
• Government inspections: participate in inspections and address findings.
• Administrative security: manage personnel security, visitor control, investigations, and Top Secret accountability.
• Physical security: oversee SCIFs/SAPFs, prepare accreditation packages and TEMPEST docs.
• Other security duties as needed; travel up to 10% domestically.
