Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Analyst, Security to lead security policy administration for classified programs. You will implement NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705 and JSIG requirements, coordinate SOPs, OPSEC plans, and test plans, and supervise security across subcontractors.

The role requires active DoD/DoD-cleared status, strong risk management, and collaboration with the ISSO/ISSM. A valid driver's license is needed to escort personnel across sites.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience implementing NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
• Experience with Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Administer security procedures for classified environments (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG).
• Develop SOPs, OPSEC plans, and test plans using risk management principles.
• Establish accreditation and maintain secure facilities in accordance with ICD 705.
• Provide security oversight to subcontractors and business units.
• Conduct internal reviews and government inspections.
