Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ, seeks an Onsite Security Program Lead to oversee security in a production environment and manage hardware movements from a security perspective. The role ensures compliance with ICDs, NISPOM, and DoD 5205.07.

You will develop and administer security plans, SOPs, OPSEC/CONOPs, and deliver security training. Self-inspections, government inspections, and coordination of SAPF/SCIF security per ICD 705 are central to the role.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security program in a production environment.
• Manage the hardware movement process from a security perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ICDs, DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM, and other applicable guidance.
• Develop, update, and administer security plans, SOPs, OPSEC plans, and CONOPs.
• Create and deliver security education, training, and awareness programs.
• Conduct internal self-inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in government compliance inspections and follow-up actions.
• This role requires onsite work at our Tucson facility and oversight of SAPFs/SCIFs per ICD 705.
