Job summary

RTX is seeking an Analyst, Security to develop, administer, and maintain security policies in a fast-paced DoD program environment. You will ensure compliance with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and JSIG while supporting secure facilities and personnel processing.

Responsibilities include implementing SOPs, OPSEC plans, and working with subcontractors under the DD Form 254 process. Travel may be required; a valid driver’s license is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Security awareness and risk management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Administering security procedures for classified environments (NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, JSIG).
• Implement SOPs, OPSEC plans, and test plans with risk management principles.
• Assist in security oversight to subcontractors and business units via DD Form 254 or contract methods.
• Support establishment, accreditation, and maintenance of secure facilities (ICD 705).
• Oversee transmission procedures for classified/proprietary material.
