Guidehouse is seeking a Discovery Paralegal to support DoJ-related eDiscovery matters. You will review documents, perform privilege work across Relativity, EverLaw and other platforms, and coordinate with counsel and IT to ensure data is discoverable.

The role requires at least 2 years of paralegal experience in Discovery/eDiscovery, ability to obtain and maintain TS clearance, and strong written and verbal communication. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “TOP SECRET” clearance; candidates must obtain adjudication prior to onboarding.
• GED or Highschool diploma.
• Two (2) or more years of paralegal experience including Discovery/eDiscovery using review platforms and performing privilege reviews.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with lead eDiscovery Counsel on current and future matters and review workflows.
• Conduct privilege and responsiveness reviews using Adobe Pro or eDiscovery platforms.
• Collaborate with attorneys and IT to ensure data is discoverable with new technologies.
• Provide professional, accurate, timely support across the Office of the General Counsel and DOJ.
• Perform research to locate and gather material responsive to requests, including interviews.
• Provide weekly statuses and updates to Assistant General Counsels and stakeholders.
• Analyze documents and media files and apply redactions to privileged information.
• Coordinate classification reviews with subject matter experts.
