Job summary

Itero Group is seeking a Desktop Support Administrator for the 2nd shift to provide end-user support to a government client in Rosslyn, VA. The role focuses on ticket management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and user training, with responsibilities spanning from initial issue identification to resolution.

Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent, 5 years of related experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Active Top Secret clearance (or higher) a plus.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Provide Desktop Support for government client and manage tickets.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Maintain SLA compliance and coordinate across agencies.
• Train users and document issues.
• Analyze and resolve system issues with tickets.
