Job summary

Itero Group is seeking a Desktop Support Administrator for the 2nd shift in Rosslyn, VA. You will handle desktop support for a government client, manage ServiceNow tickets, and support workstations, printers, and peripherals across the organization.

Requirements include an active Top Secret clearance (or higher is a plus), an Associate's degree or equivalent, and 5 years of related experience with strong customer service, plus certifications such as A+, Security+, or Network+.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance (or higher) a plus.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• One or more industry standard certifications - A+, Security+, Network+; etc.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Performs systems administrative, troubleshooting, and operational duties on computer systems in response to user ticket and outages.
• Support and maintain COTS and custom designed applications; install, configure, and troubleshoot.
• Analyze, evaluate, and test software and hardware in response to issues identified by customer.
• Plan, install, secure, and support facilities during standing up or retiring facilities.
• Mitigate identified security issues and document tickets with steps taken.
• Coordinate activities across support agencies to deliver services and manage escalations.
• Meet program SLAs to resolve customer issues and provide training to users.
