• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be US Citizen and clearable; Secret clearance (or higher) a plus.
• One or more industry standard certifications - A+, Security+, Network+; etc.
• 5 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Desktop Support Services to the Government client and manage ServiceNow tickets.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Coordinate with support agencies and track escalations to resolution.
• Prepare activity and progress reports on support activities.
• Deliver user training on applications and devices.
