Job summary

RCG is seeking an OEP COOP/DR Specialist with an active DoD Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility to support our federal customer. This on-call role requires support roughly 2–3 times per quarter.

The position involves installation, configuration, and maintenance of secure network infrastructure and ongoing COOP/DR/ continuity exercises to ensure mission-critical IT services remain available, including email and network storage.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and sustain secure network systems.
• Provide and maintain core network services (DHCP, DNS, VPN).
• Develop and maintain end-to-end configuration management of network systems.
• Support COOP/DR plans and exercises for mission-critical services.
• Troubleshoot LAN, MAN, WAN outages and coordinate with providers.
• Mentor junior network engineers and document progress.
