Aufgaben

• Proactively monitor day-to-day network operations and changes under change control.
• Troubleshoot hubs, switches, routers, firewalls, proxies, VPNs and related services.
• Aim to resolve 80% of network component failures before user tickets are opened.
• Configure and manage networking technologies and automation tools.
• Support field infrastructure, including work in manholes or with outdoor plant assets.
• Develop solutions for capacity upgrades and new technology deployments.
