Job summary

RCG, Inc. is seeking an experienced OEP COOP/DR Specialist to support our federal government customer. This on-call role requires active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and hands-on network experience.

The specialist will install, configure, and maintain secure network infrastructure, focusing on COOP and DR capabilities, and will participate in continuity exercises to ensure operational readiness of essential IT services.

Qualifications

Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
5+ years of experience in secure network environments.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and provide sustaining engineering support for secure network systems.
Provide and maintain core network services, including DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
Develop, deploy, and maintain systems used to manage end-to-end configuration of network systems and verify configuration accuracy.
Support and maintain COOP and DR plans.
Participate in continuity and disaster recovery exercises to ensure readiness of mission-critical IT services.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and related outages and coordinate with service providers.
Mentor junior network engineers and document changes and resolutions.
