Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience or a Master’s degree with 0 years; an additional 4+ years can substitute for the degree.
• Active Top-Secret or SCI clearance is required at time of application.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR and government acquisition regulations.
• Experience using MS Office Suite and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contracts and program obligations to ensure contractual compliance.
• Assist in contract proposals, negotiations, and administration with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with technical, program, finance, global supply chain and security teams for seamless contract management.
• Review terms to assess risks and mitigation strategies; manage contract changes and data entry in systems.
• Build and maintain customer relationships across geographic locations.
