Job summary

OSAAVA Services is seeking a Junior Management Analyst to support the 53rd Wing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. This role focuses on mission-critical administrative operations and IT access management within a secure DoD environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of supporting account management functions in a classified setting. An active Top Secret clearance is required at the time of application.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required at time of application.
• Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of admin/management analyst or equivalent experience.
• Experience with DoD account management, user provisioning, or access requests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Eglin Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage system access requests for government personnel.
• Grant, modify, and revoke user privileges per DoD policies.
• Maintain documentation and audit logs for accounts.
• Coordinate with IA personnel and system owners on access validation.
• Provide admin support including scheduling, correspondence, and tracking actions.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation supporting mission requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and OPSEC requirements.
• Assist with updating standard operating procedures.
